Decanter has a quick interview with Jean-Guillaume Prats, in which he discusses the vineyard work that Château Cos d’Estournel carried out in 2007. The vines needed to be stressed, leaves needed good exposure, and basically a lot of work had to be done in the vineyard to adapt to conditions.
