A Tour of the Bruno Paillard Champagne House

The video was put together by some customers in the UK, who visited the Champagne cellars in Spring 2011.

The segment includes a tasting  on post-degorgement aging, in which Bruno explains why he puts a date of degorgement on each bottle, and is followed by an indulgent lunch prepared by non other than renowned Chef Joel Robuchon, a close friend of Bruno’s.
