Marina Cvetić Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Riserva

As with the Montepulciano, the Trebbiano bottling of Masciarelli’s Marina Cvetic is an example of the extreme quality of fruit that can be achieved by focusing on the vineyard. This wine is produced from fruit of two specific sites and explodes with ripe, concentrated stone and orchard fruit complemented with floral and spice notes. After a long, cool fermentation in barrel, the wine spends 12 months in new French barriques where the malolactic conversion is completed. After barrel aging, the wine spends another 12 months in the bottle allowing the integration of the extended oak contact to give us a wine of power and finesse.
