Wine writer Dave Buchanan reviewed the Ripasso and Rompicollo in “Winter nights warmed by memories of Etruscan vineyards” on his blog Wine Openers. Dave goes into great detail on the vinification and history of  the wines and describes his pairings of the wines with artisan cheeses and grilled chicken. He notes that both wines remind him of “warmer times and sunnier climes.”
