The Daily Meal featured Poggio al Tufo Rompicollo and Tommasi’s Ripasso in “A Vino for Every Mood: Modern & Traditional Itailian Red Wines from Tommasi.” Wine writer Wanda Mann featured reviews of both wines, speaking of them both with high praise. Wanda notes of the Rompicollo that “the wine is silky, juicy, and fruity” with “vibrant flavors of cherries and red berries” making it an “elegant but unpretentious sip.” Wanda notes that the Ripasso is a “wonderful red wine that melds hints of Amarone’s richness and spice with the freshness and vibrancy of Valpolicella.” These reviews also appeared on Wanda’s personal wine blog, The Black Dress Traveler.
