The Colorado Gazette featured the 2015 Tommasi Le Rosse Pinot Grigio in “White wine alternatives for summer sipping.” Wine writer Rich Mauro is partial to white wines for summer, and provided a list of “heat resistors” from Germany, France and Italy. Mauro touches upon Italy’s best white wine import, pinot grigio, recommended by him for its light body and melon and citrus notes. When recommending pinot grigio, Mauro notes the Le Rosse is a “a single vineyard wine in a somewhat richer style.” Click here to see the article.
