Honest Cooking featured the 2013 Tommasi Ripasso Valpolicella in “10 Wines for a Fall Weekend.” Wine editor Annelise McAuliffe provides a roundup of wines that “pair well with cool nights, heartier foods and warm spices,” in which she highlights the Ripasso as having “just enough body for a fall meal,” and recommends pairing it with braised meats, game dishes or aged blue cheese.
